Rachel Olsen

RN, BSN, Founder, CEO

Rachel Olsen, RN, BSN, Founder, CEO, and Aesthetic Nurse Injector, is the creator of RO Aesthetics and the patented ROA Method. Rachel Olsen is a pioneer in science-based, anti-aging medicine. Since the opening of her first clinic in 2011, Rachel has helped thousands of clients – including a loyal following of many well-known, publicly recognized faces – achieve healthier, more vibrant, and natural versions of themselves – what RO Aesthetics calls “The Au Naturale Look.”

After earning a Bachelor’s in Nursing, Rachel focused her post-graduate studies on aesthetic medicine. Rachel spent 10 years as an RN alongside some of the country’s most celebrated cosmetic physicians. An avid traveler, Rachel spent time in Europe, training under physicians who have a more natural, sophisticated approach to aging and aesthetics. She adopted a more holistic, subtle, and natural approach to aesthetic medicine. For over a decade, Rachel has been using tailored, sophisticated treatment plans to deliver optimal results for each client. Rachel continues to stay on the forefront of aesthetic medical technology and has trained dozens of physicians and injectors across the globe.

Serena Fuhriman

RN, BSN, Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Serena Fuhriman, RN, BSN, Aesthetic Nurse Injector, was so profoundly impacted by RO Aesthetics that she eventually joined the team. With a B.S. in Nursing, Serena has a background in surgery and brings the perfect blend of art and science to the clinic. Since her first visit, she developed a keen interest in aesthetics and began a more formal pursuit of the practice. After looking at other clinics, she found none as inspiring as RO Aesthetics or offering the same quality results.

Rebecca Crawforth

Nurse Practitioner and Medical Director

Rebecca Crawforth is RO Aesthetics’ Nurse Practitioner and Medical Director. Rebecca’s fascination with health and wellness paved the way for a career dedicated to aiding both herself and others. She began her journey into nursing school in 2012. Pursuing further education, she ultimately obtained a master’s degree as a nurse practitioner.

Her expertise spans various wellness techniques, including micronutrient IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, weight loss strategies, and aesthetics. Rebecca’s true passion lies in helping her clients not only feel their best but also look their best, instilling them with confidence.

Outside of work, Rebecca finds joy in globetrotting and exploring the underwater world through scuba diving. She also prioritizes self-care through yoga, meditation, and striving to live a life of gratitude and happiness.

Natalie Cook

Patient Advocate

Natalie Cook, Patient Advocate, has a degree in communications and over a decade of experience in luxury customer service with years of aesthetic knowledge and experience. Natalie is an essential part of the client experience, ensuring that your desires are understood, your experience is pleasant, and your results are satisfying.

Whitney

Registered Nurse

Whitney has been a Registered Nurse for 14 years, with the last 10 dedicated to aesthetics. She specializes in creating customized treatment plans that combine artistry, science, and research for natural, effective results. Her advanced training includes neurotoxins, fillers, PRP/PRF, biostimulators, microneedling, RF skin tightening, and more. She has worked alongside top providers nationwide and has extensive experience treating diverse skin types and concerns.

Outside the clinic, Whitney enjoys gardening, running, and spending time with her family, two golden retrievers, and kitty. A die-hard hockey fan, she’s thrilled Utah now has an NHL team. She can’t wait to meet you at RO Aesthetics!

With over 8 years of experience in family medicine and 2 years as an aesthetic injector, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a gentle, natural approach to her patients’ care.

Crystal specializes in natural results, hormone management, and peptide therapy-helping her patients age gracefully from the inside out.

Outside the clinic, Crystal is a true cowgirl at heart g.

You can usually find her with her horses, her pup Winston, skiing in the winter, or enjoying summer days at the lake (always with SPF, of course!).
